What I Do
People bring me on board to conduct research that provides context to a project and helps the team evaluate whether or not it is feasible, competitive, and sustainable.
Most of my work has been in locations that have experienced depletion of resources and/or chronic disinvestment. Areas considered risky investments in Florida, Michigan, Washington D.C., Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Each project unique — from small scale adaptive reuse of historic buildings to larger heritage area and tourism strategy plans.
